Wacky Pour Pizza
The first time I tried this pizza I went in completely skeptical and with a backup plan. The thought of a pour-able pizza dough just did not compute in my head. Turns out, IT REALLY WORKS!
Color me shocked.
Anyhoo, this pizza dough has a chewy texture, not a crisp crust at all, but still good. It reminds me of old school cafeteria pizza (I think I'm showing my age).
I've seen different versions of this all over, but this one is the one we have tweaked and perfected that my family and I enjoy most.
Makes- 1 pizza
Ingredients-
1 c flour
1 t Italian herb blend
1 t dried oregano
2 t garlic powder
1 t salt
2 eggs
2/3 c whole milk
Toppings-
Pepperoni
Mozzerella
Marinara/Pizza/Tomato sauce (we like Rao's brand if we buy store bought)
Directions-
Preheat oven to 425
Grease a 10 x 5 baking sheet or line with parchment paper
Mix all of your ingredients together, then pour onto your pan. Trust the process.
Top with pepperoni (no there are no measurements here because go crazy!)
Bake for 20 min.
Take out of the oven and top with sauce (we use 3/4 - 1 c) and cheese, and bake for 10-15 min or until crust is done. (Again, trust the process)
Optional- more pepperoni, because why not?!
