Roasted Bone Marrow
Bone Marrow is quickly catching on as a super food and for good reason! This good fat is full of collagen, minerals, and vitamins and may help with reducing inflammation and improving joint health.
We love to eat this on sourdough bread with caramelized onions, or bacon jam, and a pinch of coarse sea salt. It's also lovely cooked into scrambled eggs as well!
