Pressure Cooker Shredded Greek Chicken
This chicken recipe is one that we have as a rotation meal because it's just so easy. You can serve it as is, or in wraps gyro style. We love it with Tzatziki sauce and Hummus. Great for picky kids too!
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 c chicken bone broth (can use chicken stock)
1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 t oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to your instant pot. Cook for 15 min, natural release for 15.
Shred your chicken and serve with Tzatziki (recipe HERE) and Hummus (recipe HERE)
