Pico de Gallo
Fresh, spicy, and oh so good this pico de gallo recipes gets better if you let it set for at least an hour. Great as a side dish or taco topping!
Ingredients-
1 large bunch of cilantro, finely chopped, stems included
3 large tomatoes, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 jalapeno, miced
1 large lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all of your ingredients. Let sit, chilled, for an hour before serving.
