Pan fried chicken hearts
A tasty way to eat your offal and full of zinc, iron, and B vitamins, these chicken hearts are quick, easy, and budget friendly. Serve over mashed potatoes for a nutritious lunch or dinner.
1 lb chicken hearts
2 T olive oil
1 T coconut aminos (can sub soy sauce)
Clean and trim your chicken hearts. Add oil to a heated pan. Add in your chicken hearts and cook 5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Add in your coconut aminos and toss, cooking another minute.
Optional- Top with chopped green onions.
