Nourishing Bone Broth
This bone broth is PACKED with vitamins, minerals, and collagen because of one simple ingredient- Chicken Paws!
You can find chicken paws at most stores, but if you can't find them try your local ethnic market.
Chicken paws are full of collagen and gelatin, making this bone broth a win in the "gel factor". I like to keep it on hand to make rice, soups, and gravy with, or to just sip on between meals.
Ingredients-
1 pack of chicken paws
Salt and pepper
1 T apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice
Filtered water
(Optional)- Onions, carrots and celery
Directions-
Place your chicken paws (and any other bones you want to throw in) in a crock pot. Cover with water and add in your other ingredients. Cook on low 8-24 hours before cooling and straining.
