Hi, I'm Dr. Wendi Garrison, and I have a PhD in Traditional Naturopathy. Healing starts in the gut, and I've seen first hand the dramatic changes that just changing your diet can bring.

My meal plans are based on one simple premise- just eat real food!
Every day incorporates 2 things-
Bone Broth- to heal and seal the gut
and Ferments- to bring back the good probiotics and bacteria you need!
Every week also has 1 recipe or snack that incorporates offal. Many call this ancestral health, because our ancestors knew that eating a variety of organ meats helped get in essential vitamins and minerals that you might otherwise miss out on.
Remember, most of our grandparents were raised on liver and onions once a week!

What do your meal plans include?
Each plan has 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners, 1 bone broth, and 1 dessert/snack. In addition, it also comes with a grocery list for everything AND a notes section for easy ingredient swaps, or ideas for leftovers. It is a complete, one and done plan, all you have to do is cook!
Is the nutrition listed?
Yes! Most of our daily calorie counts come in between 1200-1600 calories daily. You are welcome to add to that and bulk up your meals with extra sides, or skip the dessert snack at the end of the day to manage your own caloric needs.
Are your meals- low carb, paleo, whole food plant based, vegan, etc?
No. They meals are based on one premise only- just eat real food. That being said I do work with clients who have specific dietary issues, and I offer personalized, custom tailored to you plans with a full naturopathic consultation. For more information on that see HERE.
My regular plans however (the ones purchased here) are based on the principles of the Weston A. Price foundation.
Can I pick and choose recipes?
Absolutely! That being said you will need to make changes to the grocery list if you omit things. This is a suggested meal plan, at the end of the day, it is what you make of it
