Keto Quick Bread
This is a super simple quick replacement bread that's great for anyone doing low carb. It's a cinch to make and goes great with a little butter, or as a sandwich substitute.
Serves-1
Ingredients-
1 T olive oil, OR avocado oil
1 egg
3 T almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions-
Grease a small ramekin or large coffee mug with a few drops of oil.
In a different bowl, whisk your egg, oil, flour, and baking powder together.
Pour into your ramekin or mug and microwave for 90 seconds or until spongy and done. Turn onto a plate and let cool.
