Honey Dijon Chicken
This easy weeknight dinner is cinch to make, and frugal too. We love to support local and use a raw local honey with dishes like these.
Serve- 6
Ingredients-
2 lb chicken legs, or 1 per person
1 tsp salt
1 t oregano
3 T honey
2 dijon mustard
Directions-
Preheat the oven to 400 and grease a baking sheet (you can also use parchment paper). In a large bowl toss your chicken with the salt and oregano. Lay on a baking sheet and bake 35 minutes or until cooked through.
Combine your honey and mustard in a small bowl. Remove chicken from the oven and brush with the honey mustard. Bake another 5 minutes or until bubbly.
