Hibiscus Tea
Hibiscus tea is not only the perfect hydrating drink for summer but it has a number of health benefits too.

Hibiscus tea has a naturally sweet taste but feel free to sweeten with honey or stevia.
Makes- 1 serving
Ingredients-
2 cups water
3-4 c fresh hibiscus flowers
Optional-
Dash of cinnamon to taste and help improve blood sugar levels
1-2 T lemon juice
Stevia or honey to taste (taste first! Hibiscus is naturally sweet)
Directions-
Rinse your flowers well and de-stem them (remove all of the yellow stems and pollen).
Boil your water and pour over your flowers in a large bowl. Steep 10 minutes. Strain and pour over ice.
