Hawaiian Pizza Chicken
A fun twist on pizza night, this recipe is Keto and kid friendly. (Note- watch the pineapple if you are counting carbs).
To make it completely carnivore and Keto you can also do a traditional pizza topping and omit the sauce.
Serves- 4
Ingredients-
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced and pounded down thin
1 t Italian herb blend
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 c- 1/2 c c tomato sauce
Deli cubed ham as much or as little as you like
1/2 c pineapple (canned or fresh)
Shredded mozzarella as much or as little as you like
Directions-
Preheat your oven to 400. Place chicken on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Bake for 15-20 min or until chicken is cooked through.
Top chicken with tomato sauce, ham, pineapple, and mozzarella and broil until melted.
