Easy Hummus
This hummus is so easy you may never buy store bought again! It's also oil free to lower the calories but not the taste. Enjoy as a snack with some veggie dippers or as a side dish for dinner.
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients-
1 cup canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 garlic clove
1/2 of a lemon, juiced
1 t salt
2 T tahini
1/2 t cumin
2- 3 T water
Directions-
Add all ingredients except the water to your blender. Pulse until everything gets down to the same size, then blend on low as you slowly stream in the water, scraping down as needed.
