Ever have those mornings where you just cannot with the day, but also want something more hearty and nutritious than a bowl of cereal?
This recipe is your go to for those mornings. Throw your ingredients in a casserole, and sip your coffee while the oven does all the work. It's also completely adaptable to whatever you have in your fridge, so feel free to mix and match.
1 c milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 whatever meat you like (cubed ham, cooked bacon, leftover sausage all work well)
1 c shredded cheese, whatever kind you like
Optional- Cooked and diced leftover veggies
Preheat your oven to 350
Whisk together your eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
In a well greased casserole layer in your meat, veggies, and cheese.
Bake 30-45 min or until set and done.
